Online Referring (TeleHealth) - Priority Referrals - eReferrals
To take the pressure off you and your staff and to accelerate the process of virtual consultations, we have implemented a “Priority Referrals, E-Requests & Telehealth Referrals” which you can submit all imaging request forms online.
Once received, a member of our Imaging Receptionist team will contact your patient directly to make their appointment and explain any preparations required.
1. If you do not have a referral form to hand please fill in the below form
Download and fill in the referral form below. Then you can either save it to your device and email to us as an attachment to arc.administration@radiologyclinics.com.au or you can print out and use the methods below to send to us.

2. Upload a Referral: If you have already completed your referral by hand or computer (signed or unsigned)
In response to the Telehealth initiatives introduced by the Australian Government, Australian Radiology Clinics accepts Telehealth Imaging requests. Once you have saved the referral information as a file you can then upload to us. Once received, one of our Imaging Reception team members will contact your patient and explain any preparations required.
SMS
Take a photo and SMS to us on 0421 260744 and it will be forwarded immediately to our Imaging Reception team to contact your patient, this can also be done after hours if required.
3. Direct from your vendor software
When referring to Australian Radiology Clinics your Requests/eReferrals can be sent in real time from Best Practice, Medical Director, Genie & Zedmed. We setup these software programs so that the Print button will now display Print and Send. There are no extra steps for your doctors.
If you would like to set this up for your practice we need to coordinate a time with IT support to update HealthLink and your software provider to configure eReferrals for our practice (in your contacts) – this is a 5 minute task that is done remotely using TeamViewer.

When complete your IT department will be in touch with you and you can let your doctors know that it is ready to go!
